Four people, aged between 18 and 23, were arrested. They were charged with possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition and appeared in the Estcourt Magistrate’s Court last week.

The recovered firearms will be sent for ballistic testing to ascertain whether they have been used in committing crimes in the country.
