A unit of blood only lasts 42 days after donation and, for this reason, it is important for blood donors to donate regularly.  You can donate if you are healthy and lead a low risk lifestyle.

If being a hero is one of your New Year resolutions be sure to pop by sign up as a blood donor and save lives. Make your way to the Estcourt Town Hall this Thursday anytime between 11am till 6pm.

See you there.
